[SchoolFinance] Looking for Feedback on Arbiter Pay

Andrea --

I switched over to Arbiter Pay at the start of last school year and it has
been a great experience for me. Our athletic department was already using
ArbiterSports for scheduling, etc so it was a quick and easy add on.

Athletic department approves the officials / workers and then I approve the
payments.

You do have to pre-fund the account so you can't really get a perfect in
the moment budget to actual. Once the officials or workers are set up in
Arbiter Pay they get paid quickly (faster than if I did it in house).

Arbiter sends the 1099's at the end of the year so it takes some of that
off your plate.

There is a mobile app for initiating payments but I caution against using
it because from my perspective you can't clearly see which payments have
been approved and which ones are still pending and I once initiated payment
for officials which weren't approved yet when I used the app. It's much
clearer and cleaner on the web version.

Hope that helps,

-- Seth
