[SchoolFinance] Use of Gift Cards as Prizes - Students

We previously had a grant where they were able to purchase gift cards to
give to students as prizes. Example student of the month etc.  This was the
last year of the grant and the school wants to continue doing that. I have
always said no to gift cards, but have been asked what other districts do.

What about gifting to staff for a prize of some sort?
