[SchoolFinance] Social Security vs MEPers

Hello,
  I have received mixed information and would like to know what any of you
do.  I have an employee that was a sub and refused MEPers so I took SS out
of her.  She was recently hired as a part time (2 days/wk) ed tech and
however, on the days that she doesn't work as an ed tech she subs.  For the
2 days she is the ed tech I take MEPers out, but on the 3 days she subs I
still take SS out.  Is this correct?
