[SchoolFinance] Consolidation of Program Code 1122 (4 Year Old Program) to Program Code 1121 (Pre-K Program) for FY2026

Hello School Business Office colleagues,

For the upcoming fiscal year (FY2026), we are proposing to consolidate Program Code 1122 (4-Year-Old Program) into Program Code 1121 (Pre-K Program) and remove Program Code 1122.

This change will streamline our programs, simplify reporting, and improve efficiency in tracking & funding allocation.
