[SchoolFinance] Inquiry Regarding Special Education Stipend Practices

I agree with Samantha, we have heard lots of ideas but not many facts.
Scarborough does not currently have any stipends or pay differentials, but
we are currently starting support staff negotiations and it is certainly
something to think about for ed techs.
