[SchoolFinance] Inquiry Regarding Special Education Stipend Practices

RSU 16 pays a stipend of $515 for the extra paperwork required of special
education teachers.
In addition, for IEP meetings exceeding 16 - 31, outside of normal school
hours, a stipend of $250; an additional $250 for 31 or more.
