RSU5 has the following:
Article 8, D
It is understood between the parties that meetings regarding a student's
program may extend the workday on occasion. Administrators recognize they
have a responsibility to respect the educator workday and the educator's
time. If an educator participated in IEP meetings outside the school day
for more than a total of 20 hours per contract year, then each hour above
twenty hours will be compensated at the BA0 per diem rate.
