[SchoolFinance] Inquiry Regarding Special Education Stipend Practices

I am reaching out to gather information regarding how districts structure
compensation for special education personnel. Specifically, do any of your
districts provide a *stipend tied to caseload size*, or offer *any
additional stipend* beyond the contracted salary for the performance of
special education duties?

I would appreciate any insight you can share on whether such stipends are
used in your district and, if so, how they are structured.
