[SchoolFinance] Minimum Hourly Staff Data Collection

[Ellis, Charlotte]

As discussed in this morning's SFC Office Hours, the following information is requested for hourly employees (Student worker, Substitute, Food Service Worker, Education Technicians, Custodians, other hourly staff)  that worked in FY2025 and were making below the new FY 26 minimum hourly wage of:

  *   $16.85 per hour for other support staff
  *   $18.31 per hour for education technicians

Note - the one-time payment will only be applicable if the staff member is returning to your school unit in the same position for FY2026, so please do not include staff that have left the school unit or that will not be employed in the same hourly position for FY2026.
