Another thing to add- their rate is locked through 4/1/2028.
The State rate is locked through 12/31/2027.
Premiums would begin 5/1/2026.  If approved by the 5/31/2025 deadline, you
would not need to submit premiums to the state after April 1, 2025
(essentially where the savings is).  Premiums collected after April 1,
2025, would be returned to the employee.
