[SchoolFinance] Clothing Allowance

Along the same lines as Ida's travel reimbursement question - we offer a
clothing allowance to our bus drivers, custodians, maintenance, and food
service staff. They submit receipts and we reimburse them for purchases.
Does anybody else do this, and if so, what account line/s do you use? Ours
is currently set up as a general supply code, and I'm of the opinion that
it should somehow be a non-taxable benefit.
