[SchoolFinance] Time & Effort- split funded?

We just had this come up as well when doing reimbursements for Title 1.  We
did a time and effort that included a daily schedule that was suggested
from ESEA group. This was approved by the ESEA group, so I would assume it
would work for the auditors too.  I have attached the one we used.
