[SchoolFinance] paid FMLA

How is everyone handling this with current CBAs that expire after January
2025? The way Drummond makes it sound we will not be paying anything until
the CBA expires.  I am also not sure how the DOL is going to break out
those employees or is this something we will also have to figure out?
