[SchoolFinance] Special Ed high cost out-of-district (OOD) tuition adjustment

Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
Recent reviews of the High Cost Out-of-District allocations using both the EF-S-07 and EF-S-214 collections, revealed that federal funds which were already reimbursed by the federal government; should not be included in the State calculation of the High Cost Out-of-District Special Education allocation and adjustment.
 As a result, we have corrected this error in the calculation of funding for the High Cost Out-of-District Special Education allocation within the Essential Programs and Services funding formula.

Hi all,

This year, DOE only provided the high-cost OOD tuition adjustment for tuition paid from local general fund, so my number is much lower than last year.  Last year, we received tuition adjustment for payments from the local budget and Local Entitlement (for amounts exceeding high cost threshold).

Please share what your experience is, and if your numbers include local budget only or also Local Entitlement tuition excess amounts.
