[SchoolFinance] Same Fund# for Literacy Grant and Pr-K Expansion??

Our account numbers are six segments long, so I use the last two digits of
the code numbers to keep the revenues and expenses of the two grants
separated.  The State doesn't use "department" codes, which is what I
normally use the last segment for, so there is no problem with uploading
the MEDMS reports.

I have used this process for a few years to keep two 21st Century Grants
separated on my reports and for grant reporting and it works great.
