[SchoolFinance] Ed Tech/USP

Hello,

We have to create a new position for next year. It will be a full-time Ed
Tech/ USP (unlicensed professional-medical) position. We have students who
need one-on-one Ed Tech and medical care. Does anyone have a position like
this? I'm not sure how to set up a pay scale for them. It is a unique
position for us.
