Hi Katie,

This is how I do them in School ERP Pro:

Withholding -
ME - Quarterly Wage File - set the parameters at the top to be Withholding
only under file type - apply selection. On the tax interface tab I enter
the withholding paid to MRS each payroll. I then export the employee list
tab to excel and keep it open while I log into the Maine Revenue Service. I
then go through the process like I am reporting and on the screen where it
gives you the option to upload a file or template or you can download the
template, I click download. I then go to my excel file I kept open with my
export and add the column in front of the name for ss# to match the
template, cut and paste the ss# row to that new column and delete the
remaining columns so that what I have remaining is the state withholding
column like template. I then copy and paste the entire document to the
template, save it and then upload it on the Maine Revenue page. The total
shown either on that screen once you upload or on the next one if you
continue through (I can't remember without having it open) should match
what shows on the tax interface side where you entered what was paid in for
the quarter, as well as the totals shown on the bottom of the ME-Quarterly
Wage file screen.

Unemployment
ME - Quarterly Wage File - set the parameters at the top to be Wage only
under file type - apply selection. I export the employee list to excel and
total the columns. This is printed to file as backup for the check and it
is also sent with the check to MSMA. I then create the file and then log
into REemployme and upload.

I hope this helps! I have also attached the student guide.
