Click on reports scroll down to compensation statements. Click on ME Quarterly wage file I am assuming to change the file type to withholding only then click apply selection. Let me know if that works for you.

If so, here is the path for Unemployment report:
Payroll => State Specific => Northeast => Maine=> Disability and Unemployment Report

As far as Maine withholding, I used to be able to just run and accumulators report and move the columns around.  But now I can't get the social security numbers to show up on the report so it takes a few vLookups and formatting to get the SS numbers.  Still start out with an accumulators report.

Let me know if you need more info.  I didn't want to get into more detail in case you don't have Munis.
