[SchoolFinance] Where to budget?

Good afternoon,
In one of my budget review meetings this week it was asked where do others
budget all their cyber security software(ex:KYND), training, multi factor
tools, emergency notification platforms, firewall, anonymous reporting such
as Stop It?

Specifically do you put this under op/maintenance, tech, regular education?
