[SchoolFinance] MSAD 11 has an Immediate Opening for a Payroll Specialist

MSAD 11, serving the towns of Gardiner, Pittston, Randolph, and West
Gardiner, is seeking a payroll specialist for their finance department.
This is a full-time, year-round position.


The successful candidate should be able to self-direct and adhere to
deadlines; able to multi-task and prioritize; as well as be supportive in a
team environment. Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve are
a requirement of the position.


The successful candidate must have experience processing and reconciling
payroll, including deductions and state and federal reporting. They should
also have a basic or higher-level ability to design and maintain Excel
spreadsheets /Google Sheets and manage documents using MS Office /Google
Docs. Experience with Tyler Tech’s Profund Accounting Software is a plus
but not a requirement.


*Qualifications:     *Associate degree or comparable level of related
school business office experience preferred but not required.
Fingerprinting and background check (CHRC authorization) through the State
of Maine Department of Education is a state requirement.
