[SchoolFinance] Budgeting for Field Trips

Good afternoon,

How do you budget for student field trips?

Do you have teachers budget mileage in cost center 1 for them and then
journal entry the mileage over to cost center 8 after?

Or do you just budget mileage in transportation- Cost center 8?
