[SchoolFinance] Administrator Mileage

We pay our administrators a monthly travel allowance. This goes
through payroll and is taxed, since there is no backup documentation for
the mileage.
This was negotiated as part of their CBA.
Principals: $50
Assistant Principals: $25
Directors and Assistant Directors (Athletics, CTE, Adult Ed, etc.):
$130/month
