[SchoolFinance] Health Reimbursement vs Stipend

Good morning,
We offer a CIL to all staff that are eligible for health insurance.
Depending on which CBA determines how it is paid out. Teachers can
receive up to $2000 depending on the number of teachers that do not take HI
and that is paid out bi weekly Sept - June. Support staff receive $1500
paid out in 2 installments November and May. A support staff members will
be prorated if they come on mid year. They also have to work 3 months
before they are eligible for payment.
