[SchoolFinance] Fwd: Snow plowing Contract agremeents

Good Morning,
Does anyone have a formal snow plowing contract agreement they would be
willing to share?  Our snow plow contractor is having difficulty with his
insurance company willing to insure him without him having a formal signed
contract.
