[SchoolFinance] DOE PFML Codes for financial accounting

First and foremost, I'd create a provisional database to try this!!


   - Create the object elements in ERP.  52615, 52625, ...., 52685


   - Then, if you've already created your payroll budget in ERP, I would go
   to budget input, mask all your salary accounts..
   (????.????.????.51???.???) and export that to excel.


   - Then, I'd do a Search and Replace in excel and convert each object
   from 51xxx to 526?5... This might take a few times..  like 51010 to 52615,
   5202? to 52625, ... 51180 to 52685 (Remember to convert your "account"
   column to TEXT first.)


   - Once you have all the correct accounts, I'd probably multiply each
   salary amount by .005 (0.5%) to get the budget amount if you're assuming
   the district will budget all of the 6 month amount.


   - After all the accounts and the amounts are correct in excel, you can
   import the file back into your budget (mapped to the proper columns) and
   the accounts will be created automatically.

It's time consuming but faster than entering new account codes, I think.

But, try it in a provisional Database first!  Then import the file to the
live database if all looks good.
