[SchoolFinance] DOE PFML Codes for financial accounting

For the quarterly financials uploaded to the state we are only interested in what the SAU needs to expend. However, based on the reading of the law it is the businesses responsibility to upload quarterly all PFML business expense and employee’s expense.  Two balance sheet codes were created to keep those two pools separate on your general ledger.
