[SchoolFinance] account codes

Tyler Backus provided some very good instructions on how to verify what
account code strings are valid. I have copied that here:

If you have a question around if a particular string will work, this can be
done in MEFS:





Once in the new screen, you will need to pick the type of report, the
fiscal year and quarter. Once that is done you can either type in a code,
or press the question mark to choose a code. As you enter individual codes
I recommend pressing the “?” as that will filter to allowable codes for the
already selected codes.
