[SchoolFinance] Policy for excess Field Trip Funds collected

Hi,
If anyone has a policy they can share, I would appreciate it!
We have a policy that tells us what can be done with excess Senior Class
Funds after two years, Do you think this can be applied to other
collections for activities?
