[SchoolFinance] Grant Object Code

I'm working with grants this year which I haven't done for a few years. In
looking at some of the ESEA grants, I see an object code 9000. I don't
remember that object code being used very often in account coding, mostly
for transfers but this is not a transfer. It just says Other. I thought the
8000 series was typically used for the "Other" or Misc category when
something did not fit otherwise. Does anyone have any experience with this
object code used by the grants?
