[SchoolFinance] School Credit Card for Travel

I had this problem before. Our bank gave us a card that we could load a
certain amount on and let them use that. Not sure if the banks still offer
that service but it is worth a try.
The only other idea is to purchase a gift card that is loadable and do it
that way. To get around the gift card policy our auditor had us keep a log
with the employee signing the card out.
