We use Quickbooks for our activity accounts... we set the accounts up as
liability accounts (i.e.; drama, athletics, various classes) with the
checking account as the asset. All transactions are posted to the specific
liability account so it makes it easy to print reports showing all of the
activity for that group and advisors always know how much money they have.
