[SchoolFinance] Offering Electronic Payment Option

We also use My School Bucks.  We just set up MSB Anywhere and an additional
cash account so money can be deposited into the corresponding cash account
based on the product purchased.  So far, so good, although we have been
using MSB for Student Nutrition for years.
