[SchoolFinance] Offering Electronic Payment Option

Hi Jennifer,

We recently started taking payments via credit card through MySchoolBucks
(MSB Anywhere App) for both our Culinary Cafe and School Store. We intend
to allow parents to order online next school year for items in the school
store.

Yes, it is extra work recording the credit card payments on a daily basis
as they occur... But I will say the "back side" of MySchoolBucks is easy to
use and the external reporting is a breeze. I get an email when a
transaction occurs so I know when to look for a payment. All payments in
the same day are posted in a lump sum for the day. In the past, we did
PayPal but thankfully we stopped that a few years ago.
