[SchoolFinance] MEFS Testing July 1st (Saturday) and 2nd (Sunday)

The MEFS vendor will be doing yearly Disaster Recovery testing on July 1st  (Saturday) and 2nd (Sunday). MEFS site may go down on and off during this testing period.

Please plan accordingly.
