[SchoolFinance] Health Reimbursement vs Stipend

MSAD 58 offers a cash in lieu option for teachers of $1,800, paid in last
payrolls in Dec and June. We also offer a cash in lieu option for bus
drivers and custodians of $1,200 paid in the first payrolls in Dec and June.
