[SchoolFinance] Health Reimbursement vs Stipend

Good Morning, how many schools/districts offer health reimbursements if the
employee doesn't participate in the offered health insurance?  Do you offer
reimbursement up to a certain amount?

Or do you offer a one time stipend if they don't use the offered health
insurance? What is the set amount? Is it different for teachers vs hourly?

Sorry for so many questions.
