[SchoolFinance] Tipping on takeout food orders

Hi,
I have tipped on take out orders in the past, especially if they delivered.
Sometimes, the establishment would include the tip on the itemized receipt
as a delivery fee. Keep in mind though, that we're only talking $10 or $15,
not 10 to 15% of a $1,500 order!
