[SchoolFinance] Tipping on takeout food orders

I am looking to see what other districts have for rules or guidance on
tipping for takeout food orders. For example, we picked up a $1,500 lunch
order at a local restaurant today for a staff PD lunch. Searching online,
it looks like 10-15% is standard practice in general.
