[SchoolFinance] Vehicle use

Good afternoon,

We are seeking information from other SAU's about their vehicle use policy
and procedures:

Do you allow private individuals and/or outside organizations to rent your
vehicles (buses, vans, automobiles) and if so, what are the
details, please?  How does it affect your insurance coverage, if at all?

Do you allow employees to use SAU owned vehicles to get back and forth from
their home base to work when the company vehicle is not part of their job
description or part of an employer paid benefit package?
