Good afternoon!
Please see below for timely updates regarding the Maine Through Year Reading and Math Assessment, as well as the Maine Science Assessment.

Spring 2024 SAU Data Clean-Up<https://www.maine.gov/doe/sites/maine.gov.doe/files/inline-files/ME%20Through%20Year%20Assessment%20SAU%20Cleanup%20Window%20Checklist_Spring%202024.pdf>
The spring 2024 administration window closed on May 31. Please see the SAU Data Clean-Up Checklist<https://www.maine.gov/doe/sites/maine.gov.doe/files/inline-files/ME%20Through%20Year%20Assessment%20SAU%20Cleanup%20Window%20Checklist_Spring%202024.pdf> for a list of tasks to be completed during the SAU data clean-up period from June 3 through June 7.
Student Score Data File and Individual Student Reports
Maine Through Year Assessment scores are only considered final when the assessment window has closed and data analyses are complete. Although we do not anticipate any impacts to scores during data analysis, it is possible for there to be adjustments, for example due to a "problem question" being removed from students' score calculations.
As a result, the Student Score Data File (SSDF), which contains the final results for the SAU, will become available on July 15. You will locate this file under "Operational Reports" in Acacia. Please note that the SSDF can only be generated at the SAU-level, not the school-level.
The Individual Student Reports, which must be shared with families, become available in Acacia on July 22.
Information Regarding the Retirement of MAP Growth "Legacy Reports"
A representative from NWEA is scheduled to be present at the Maine DOE Assessment Team Office Hours on June 12, 2024 to share information regarding the retirement of MAP Growth legacy reports and the enhancement of existing reports. Please use this Assessment Team Office Hour registration link<https://networkmaine.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZMlde2upj8pE9KIRpEuP2n2vmlZXDmWQ0JU#/registration> if you have not already done so.
