<h2><b><span style="font-size:14.0pt;line-height:106%">Student Score Data File and Individual Student Reports<o:p></o:p></span></b></h2>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Maine Through Year Assessment scores are only considered final when the assessment window has closed and data analyses are complete. Although
we do not anticipate any impacts to scores during data analysis, it is possible for there to be adjustments, for example due to a “problem question” being removed from students’ score calculations.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">As a result, the
<b>Student Score Data File (SSDF)</b>, which contains the final results for the SAU, will become available on
<b>July 15</b>. You will locate this file under “Operational Reports” in Acacia. Please note that the SSDF can only be generated at the SAU-level, not the school-level.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The
<b>Individual Student Reports</b>, which must be shared with families, become available in Acacia on
