As a reminder, all providers who deliver services pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) must ensure all services are documented in accordance with the Department of Health and Human Services/Maine Department of Education Joint Guidance<https://www.maine.gov/doe/sites/maine.gov.doe/files/inline-files/Guidance%20on%20Required%20Documentation%20for%20MaineCare%20updated%20%20May%202021%20final.pdf?> on Individualized Education Plan (IEP) documentation.
