Good afternoon all,

PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO ANY & ALL EMPLOYEES ATTENDING UPCOMING WORKSHOPS:

As we wrapped up Snow & Ice workshops across the State (7 locations & roughly 300 attendees) last month, we are now gearing up for Drainage, Drainage, Drainage next week (6 locations across Maine for the month of November).  Each class is at or beyond capacity!  I've asked some of you to cut back on the number of attendees that you are sending in order to allow other municipalities to attend.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - if you don't plan to attend, let me know as there are others waiting.  I will be charging you for the number of attendees that you signed up & committed to attending if I don't receive at least a 3-days' notice of any cancelations.

In the event of impending weather, we will cancel & reschedule.  Also, please let folks know that we will be providing a hot lunch but NO COFFEE OR BREAKFAST (my apologies)!

2026 calendars are in!  I will have these at each workshop, but in the event that you aren't attending a workshop, we can certainly mail to you.  Feel free to reach out to Brenda Bektas (cc'd above) to get yours mailed today!
