We've shared a few sessions on AI recently and had great conversations with public works staff who are already finding success, and saving time, using tools like ChatGPT and Copilot in their daily work. Several of you who missed those sessions have reached out with interest, so by popular request, we're hosting another 90-minute webinar to explore how these tools can make a real impact in your operations and administration; helping you do important work, more efficiently.

About the session:
Discover how AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot can transform your work in Public Works. Whether you're an Administrative Assistant, DPW Director, Road Agent, or other municipal professional, this session will show how AI can serve as your personal assistant, streamlining tasks and boosting productivity. From drafting emails and summarizing reports to reviewing technical documents and organizing meeting materials, you'll see practical ways to work smarter and faster.
Beyond the basics, explore how AI can support creative problem-solving, research, strategic planning, and public engagement, helping you focus on what matters most. No prior AI experience required; if you're not sure where to start, this session is for you. Please also consider sharing this opportunity with others in municipal operations who are curious about AI use.
You'll learn how AI can help you:
* Improve efficiency: Draft, edit, and summarize documents in just minutes, improve technology and application use, create efficiencies in day-to-day tasks
* Enhance communication: Create clear, polished materials for staff, boards, and the public.
* Support strategy: Generate ideas and solutions for challenges, complete deep research to develop proposals and programmatic efforts, and much more
