[Doedata] NEO Dropout Report Recalculation

Good afternoon Superintendents and Data Specialists,

In validating our dropout reporting we discovered an issue with how the report was calculating districts without expected return grades. As such a large quantity of students were being reported at the Maine DOE level when they should not have been. Due to this issue we decertified all districts so that the fix could be implemented on 10/22/24. Please review your report and re-certify as soon as possible.
