[Cacfp] Office Closures and Upcoming October Claim Submission Deadline

The Maine CACFP Team would like to share a few important reminders as we approach the holiday season.

Please note that State of Maine offices will be closed on Thursday, December 25, and Friday, December 26, in observance of Christmas Day. Offices will reopen on Monday, December 29.

In addition, State of Maine offices will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, in observance of New Year's Day.

We would also like to remind Sponsors and Providers that the final deadline to submit October 2025 claims for reimbursement is December 30, 2025. We strongly encourage you to submit claims as early as possible and not wait until the last minute. Planning ahead allows time to address any questions or issues that may arise, especially considering the two-step claim approval process and upcoming office closures.
