[Cacfp] CNP Web Self-Service Password Reset Feature Update

When you click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page of CNP Web, you will receive an email with a temporary password. Next, you will need to log into CNP Web with the temporary password that is sent to you. The system will then ask you for the "current password" (which is the temporary password assigned to you in the email) and then, finally, the new password that you'd like to use moving forward.

Please be aware that the email containing the temporary password has the incorrect phone number for our office.  We have asked the system developers to update this number.  If you need to contact our office regarding password resets, please call (207) 624-6842.
