<p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt">When you click the “<span style="color:#1E53A3">Forgot Password?</span>” link on the login page of CNP Web, you will receive an email with a temporary password. Next, you will need to log into CNP Web with the temporary password
that is sent to you. The system will then ask you for the “current password” (which is the temporary password assigned to you in the email) and then, finally, the new password that you’d like to use moving forward.<o:p></o:p></p>
