Shortly I will be sending out 11 CACFP Virtual Open Office Hours invitations via email, I apologize ahead of time for filling up your email. 😊 The CACFP Office is switching things up this year, providing you with a longer period of time to complete the agreement renewal and also offering weekly virtual open office hours. The open office hours are not required, they are held weekly at different hours to accommodate differences in sponsor schedules. There are no topics planned to be discussed- I will be in the virtual room working until someone stops in for assistance. I encourage you all to accept all the open office hour invitations- even if you do not plan to utilize them. It is a great weekly reminder to work on your agreement renewal- and also a great resource available to you if you need it! Our hope is with the extended deadline for the agreement and the virtual open office hours- Sponsors may be able to have complete and correct agreements in and approved before the due date! I am also attaching the newly updated CACFP Application Instructions for CNPweb- please use this as a guide when completing your agreement renewals!
