[wcb] Proposed Rule Making & Public Hearing/Comment

The Workers' Compensation Board will hold a public hearing on proposed rulemaking on Friday, October 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM.  The Board has proposed changes to eleven chapters which can be reviewed on our website.  The public hearing will be held in person at the Augusta Central Office, 442 Civic Center Drive, Suite 100, Augusta and via Teams (link below).  Public comments are due by 4:00 PM on Monday, October 19, 2026.
